6:30 p.m.

Present: Ross Lavoie-Chair, Andy LaRocque(PC), Spencer LaBarge(DRB), Harold Garrett(DRB), Jennifer Yandow(DRB), Jim Pratt(DRB), Amy Giroux-Zoning Administrator, Christina Candels-Administrative Assistant, Corey Parent, Reg Beliveau Jr(DRB)via phone

1. Call to Order

Ms. Yandow made a motion to call the DRB meeting to order at 6:30 pm, seconded by Mr. Garrett. Motion carried. The Planning Commission did not have a quorum.

2. Land Use & Development Regulations Review with the Development Review Board

Joint boards discussed current regulations. The DRB members expressed concerns with current regulations when it comes to development. No decisions were made, this was an open discussion. Areas both boards would like to see better clarity on are setbacks, driveways and cul-de-sacs. 

3. Adjournment    

Mr. Garrett made a motion to adjourn at 7:57 pm, seconded by Mr. Pratt. Motion carried.
